    This open level class is suited to all fitness levels; for those who want to improve on the fundamentals, progress to the next level or looking for a challenge . These classes will help strengthen the entire body including improving core strength, balance and flexibility this in turn will help create good postural alignment. We keep the classes small so that we can modify to suit each individuals needs.

  • Intermediate | Reformer Pilates

    A more challenging, faster paced workout for those wanting to take their Pilates to the next level. Must be confident on the Reformer and ready to try some more advanced moves.

  • Beginner | Reformer Pilates

    Learn the foundations of reformer Pilates in this informative class. This class is the perfect way to start your Pilates journey if you haven't tried it before, it will help you gain a greater understanding of how to move safely and with confidence on the reformer. We will work on gently strengthening the core, improving balance and flexibility while also strengthening the entire body.

  • Over 60's | Reformer Pilates

    Our over 60's classes offer a fun and supportive environment while focusing on improving balance and mobility so that you can keep moving and doing the things you love. These classes move at a slower paced so you don’t have to feel rushed and gently work to strengthen the entire body while also adding in some stretching so you walk out feeling ready to start your day.

  • Mat Pilates

    Mat Pilates is a low impact workout focused on moving with intention and control, using bodyweight for resistance to strengthen and tone your entire body. This class is perfect for anyone from beginners to advanced and is a great way to learn the foundations of Pilates while also challenging yourself.

  • Pre + Post Natal | Reformer Pilates

    Pre & Post Natal Reformer Pilates classes are safe for women at all stages of pregnancy (with approval from your GP). These 45 minute classes are designed to give you and your baby a head start with preparing for birth, and postpartum recovery. Classes have a focus on maintaining abdominal strength during pregnancy, working on posture and pelvic floor activation with the added bonus of incorporating stretching so you walk out feeling your best.

    Our Postnatal classes are suitable after your 6 week check up with your Doctor. We recommend seeing a Pelvic Floor Physio prior to commencing classes. Kelli from Prime Pelvic Health works from our clinic on Wednesday’s.

  • Cardio - Strength | Reformer Pilates

    This fun and fast paced workout will get your heart rate up and muscles firing. With a combination of dynamic strengthening exercises this class will be sure to warm you up

  • Yoga with Sommer

    During Savasana Sommer creates a sound bath using crystal bowls which invokes a deep sense of relaxation and meditation at the end of practice. A sound bath is thought that sound waves from the crystal bowls synchronise brain wave frequencies, creating a sense of calm and deep relaxation. Easing anxiety, stress and improving sleep.

  • Yoga with Bec

    Bec offers a dynamic yet individually challenging class, with a combination of Hatha slow flow sequences and Yin. This class is aimed at weaving in a focus of breath work/pranayama, awareness and meditation to ground us in the present moment. Suitable for active beginners or those with former Yoga experiences.
