Sharni | Pilates Instructor

Sharni found a love for Pilates after having her twin girls as a safe and supportive way to get back into exercise after a challenging pregnancy. She loves that Pilates can be gentle and relaxing just as much as it can be challenging and fun.

If you have been to Sharni’s classes, you will know she loves a good jump board session to get the heart rate up and to feel that extra burn.

Sharni has been with us for over a year now and we have loved having her apart of the team! You can catch her in the studio on Wednesday afternoons & Saturdays.
